Black In Immuno Hub is a series of events and resources serving the Black In Immuno community and our partners by career support, funding, and opportunities to connect with the great biomedical ecosystem.
The Black In Immuno Hub is a platform in development that aims to:
Provide resources and information for Black Immunologists and Black individuals interested in joining the field of research in immunology;
Promote Black Immunologists and their research; Increase their visibility and exposure;
Provide professional development opportunities for Black Immunologists; and
Constitute a forum for our scientific ecosystem to connect with Black researchers in the field of immunology, including but not limited to academic research programs, graduate programs, internship programs and companies that are interested in diversifying their members.
The Black In Immuno Hub consists of multiple components including:
An announcement board for jobs, fellowships, and conferences;
A database of Black immunologists (password protected);
Career development resources and workshops;
A mentorship program (coming 2022); and
Fellowships (coming 2023).
